Enabling Moderation

To enable Moderation for your Workspace, please contact [email protected]. When enabled, it will apply to all Circles.

Who Does Moderation Apply To?

When Moderation is enabled, any photos or videos uploaded by a guest user will require approval before they are visible to other guest users in the Circle. Photos and videos will display instantly for Workspace members with either a Moderator or Contributor role.

The person who uploaded the photos will also see them with an icon indicating they are pending moderation.

Reviewing Content

When a new photo or video is added to the Circle, all Moderators for that Circle will see a Media Pending Approval banner and be able to view and Approve or Reject each item via either the PhotoCircle mobile app or on the web.

Reviewing on Mobile

Tap on the Media Pending Approval banner.

Tap on the first item. Tap Approve or Reject as deemed appropriate.

You will automatically be taken to the next item in the queue once you've made your selection.

Reviewing on the Web

Click into a pending item or on Filter Media Pending Approval to filter for a list of pending items only.
