Give trusted team members the ability to manage users and Circles within their part of your Workspace.
Any team member with a seat in your Workspace can be made an Admin. There's no limit to how many Admins you can have.
An Admin's permissions are determined by where they sit in your Workspace's Group hierarchy. They can manage users and Circles within their own Group and any Groups nested below it — but they can't see or manage anything outside of that branch.
Here's an example. Say your Workspace has this Group structure:
If you make a user in the West Group an Admin, they'll be able to manage users and Circles within West, Los Angeles, and Seattle. They won't have any visibility or control over the East or South Groups, or any of their child Groups.
If you need someone to manage your entire Workspace, assign them to the Workspace Root Group and make them an Admin — they'll have full administrative access across all Groups.
Tip: Admin users automatically receive the Moderator role in every Circle they have access to through their Group membership. This means they can manage content and members within those Circles without any additional setup.
