Guest users (i.e. customers, volunteers, parents, students and anyone else who is not working on your behalf) are invited on a per Circle basis. To invite guests on the web:

• Navigate to PhotoCircle for Web at web.photocircleapp.com or by clicking View Circles in the Admin Console.
• Navigate to the Circle you wish to share and click on the Invite button in the upper right.
• From the modal, you can copy the Circle's Join Link (to send via text, email or the application of your choice), download a scannable QR code or, for repeat customers, choose the Invite Existing Users option.
