All steps in this checklist will be done via the PhotoCircle Admin Console. You can navigate from PhotoCircle for Web by clicking on the dropdown arrow next to the PhotoCircle logo in the upper left corner and clicking Workspace Management.

1. Configure Your Roles & Permissions

With a PhotoCircle Professionals & Consultants subscription, you will have a Moderator role in any Circle you create. The Circle’s Moderator can remove members, media, and comments. They also have the ability to update the Circle’s Title and Internal ID.

Those that you invite to your Circles have the role type of Guest. The permissions for Guests can be customized by following the below steps.

How to Customize Your Workspace’s Roles and Permissions:

  1. Log into the Admin Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Settings Page: Once logged in, navigate to the settings page in the top right corner.
  3. Adjust permissions as needed
  4. Click on Save Changes.

2. Add Custom Branding

We understand the importance of maintaining your personal brand. That's why we offer the flexibility to apply your branding effortlessly to your Circles.

How to Apply Your Branding:

  1. Log into the Admin Portal directly or by clicking on Workspace Management as described above.
  2. Navigate to the Settings Page: Click on settings in the upper right corner.
  3. Drag and drop your logo: This input requires a transparent PNG with a height of 120px and width from 120px to 400px. Please note that tapping on your logo can open your company webpage if desired. If so, please specify under “Action URL on Logo Tap”
