The Share Link feature lets you easily share a branded web page containing up to 20 photos and videos with customers, prospects, or other external users.

• No sign-up required — Recipients don’t need to register, log in, or download an app.
• Branded experience — Your organization’s logo and the name of the team member who generated the link are displayed.
• Full context — Any captions added to photos or videos are included on the page.

Creating a Share Link

PhotoCircle for Web

1. Click on up 20 photos/videos.

2. Choose Share Link from the menu above the media grid.

   

3. Copy and send the generated link to your recipient via text message, email, or whichever other method you prefer.

   

Mobile App

Single Photo or Video

1. Tap on the photo or video to open it.

2. Tap on the three dots menu in the upper right corner and choose Share Link.

   

3. Copy or directly share the generated link via the app of your choice.

   

Multiple Photos and Videos

1. Long tap on the media grid to initiate multiselect mode.

2. Tap on each photo or video you wish to include and choose the Share Link option above the media grid.

   

3. Copy or directly share the generated link via the app of your choice.
