Update a Circle's title, internal ID, or Group assignment from the Admin Console.

What You Can Edit

From the Circle details screen, you can change the following:

• Title — The display name of the Circle that members see.
• Group — Move the Circle to a different Group, which changes which users have access to it.
• Internal ID (Enterprise plan only) — Your organization's internal reference code for the Circle (e.g., "PC-0059"). Useful for tracking Circles alongside your own project or job numbering system.
• Archive (Enterprise plan only) — Remove the Circle from active use without deleting it. Archived Circles preserve all their media and can be restored later.

How to Edit a Circle

1. Sign in to the Admin Console.

2. Navigate to the Circles section (click the Circles tab at the top).

   

3. Use the Group sidebar on the left to find the Circle, or search by name.

4. Click on the Circle to open its details panel.

5. Click the Edit button in the top-right corner of the details panel.

6. Make your changes and save.

   

Creating New Circles

You can't create new Circles from the Admin Console — Circle creation happens in PhotoCircle for Web (or the mobile app).

To get there, click the View Circles button in the top-right corner of the Admin Console.
