This guide explains how Workspace Admins can edit a Circle's title, Group assignment, or internal ID from the PhotoCircle Admin Console. Only users with an Admin role can perform these actions.
From a Circle's details panel, you can update the following:
To edit a Circle's details, sign in to the Admin Console and click on the Group containing your Circle in the sidebar. Then click on the Circles tab along the top of the screen.

Click on the Circle's row to open its details panel.

Click the Edit button underneath the Circle's name and cover thumbnail. A modal will pop up where you can make your changes. Once finished, click Save Changes.

New Circles cannot be created from the Admin Console — Circle creation happens in PhotoCircle for Web or the mobile app. To navigate there from the Admin Console, click the Web App button in the top-right corner.
